Welcome to Making Transition Matter - Becoming an Adult. Transition services refer to a planned series of activities for a high school student with a disability. These services are based on instruction, related services, community involvement, the development of employment opportunities, other post-school adult living goals, and the acquisition of daily living skills. This course focuses on activities that will guide teachers and parents to know more about activities that happen when students reach the age of majority. The goals for this course:
