Participants learn about inter-rater reliability and creating high-quality feedback based on the districts' instructional framework (this course showcases the Danielson FFT as the instructional framework) actively participating in a step-by-step calibration process using video-based calibration. Dr. Jo Swain facilitates small cohorts using Teach Forward Align Platform to acquire calibration competency. School leaders are encouraged to create collaborative groups to practice capturing classroom observation evidence and crafting high-quality feedback.
