This course provides baseline knowledge for collaborative mentoring of beginning teachers. Participants explore various mentoring roles, identify strengths and areas of expertise, and develop relational skills. They study strategies for supporting IEFA implementation and other initiatives. At this time, enrollment is limited to participants in MentorMT, a grant-funded program offered through the MSU Center for Research on Rural Education (CRRE).
